This was my Arab gelding Snookie before I rescued him.
He was abused & neglected. Skin & bones. Mane in dreadlocks.
9-11-08, the day of rescue, 5.14.09 day of forever ownership.

oh my yes, very wonderful job! he looks gorgeous!! You'll have to lend me a few tips. Kylie(Nojumpsnoglory) knows more about what happened to my jazzy girl but I can't get her hind end to fill in. she was lean/thin when i took her on and she's chubbier now but her hind end just seems to be lacking still. I'm too big to really ride her so we run parelli games alot and we lunge once in a while to try and stay fit but her hind end isn't filling in. I'll take some pictures in the morning and get them online for you to see. She does do pony rides for kids but that's once in a while and she's an angel on the ground.

Hmm.. Maybe try walking her up litttle hills..Get her to move her hind around you.

You'd have to ask NoJumpsNoGlory(Kylie) exactly what kind of situation she was in before her dad and stuff got her and then I got her from them.

Yep, I have hundreds of pictures of her, and I keep them seperated by month so I can track their body conditions of the other horses on the farm(I take care of them all so I like to see the progress they've made). She gets 12% protein Superior Preformance horse and if I had to wager a guess on the weight, pound to pound and a half a day(somewhere in there), full pasture to eat whatever she wants there. I am starting to think she misses having a little rider, she perks up and will actually trot/canter when I get the saddle on her for lunging. I shall try to up her food a little more, she loves her grain.
